Great book to END THE SEARCH!!! You’ve been rescued!!! 🙂
The End of Your Story is a must read for anyone who has ever had any questions about themselves, reality, religion, spirituality, life, death, and/or everything and anything in between, basically, everyone. Liv is a masterful writer in cutting through all the heavy-weighted ideas, opinions, judgements, programs, indoctrinations, belief systems and theories that are rampant at this time regarding the topic of who/what we are, and what we are not.How to get enlightened is by lightning up! Liv takes us on a whimsical, truthful, funny, cosmic, down-to-earth journey through time and space revealing so many hidden gems that are hidden in plain sight, and hysterically funny because they are so true. It’s fair to say that many of us know when we’re hearing, reading, feeling the truth no matter how it’s delivered, In this book, Liv delivers centuries old teachings from various cultures that many have spent lifetimes trying to process, to such a bare bones, no nonsense, only total amusement, truth and amazement that the old saying “the truth will set you free,” is really true!!! I’m positive this book will be a breath of fresh air, the end of the search, and gratitude to yourSELF for all of it. That is of course unless you ares still very committed to your role, and in that case, “Show must go on!” Lol 🙂 That’s perfectly wonderful as well, I just dove in head first because this spoke to me in every possible way and I know from knowing that everything she says in this book, is the truth.I devoured the book and even reached out to the author, Liv, to thank her for such a good book, and you will feel the same I’m sure. If you’re ready to really meet “The End of Your Story,” grab a copy, get ready to blast off, turn on your “close your mouth,” activators, (otherwise your mouth will be agape the whole read), trust me! Next, laugh your ass off at the awesomeness of it all, cry if you feel it, feel whatever rises for you, be grateful ‘you’ found this book, and then . . . breathe a huge of relief and Enjoy The Rest Of Your Life! 🙂

Funny, on point, and the one that started the calling off the search
I’m not big on long in depth reviews. And haven’t written a review on a book essentially about non duality in years. This book is about relationships, sticky relationships but it’s ultimately about finding freedom from all anxiety. Liv writes in a light funny way to point at something very deep and pervasive, our belief in a separate self, a mind that we believe is ours, and points out the suffering that comes from that. I grabbed it because after decades of searching and a couple of decades of using many many non duality pointings I thought that her using humor and pointing out many bad relationships she had lol that I saw I myself in that. After reading about half way through I put it up for a day or two to reflect. She covers how the mind, ie. thoughts, perceptions, emotions, narration is just talking to itself. I’d heard this before and clearly understood it but never got it. This activity of mind takes the absolute empty/full fluctuations of this life and creates the illusion of a self an I. For its own entertainment and to perpetuate the joy it feels at all the drama. Liv uses her time in theatre to explain how we all like a full drama when we say watch a movie. Fear, joy, happiness, sadness and ultimately redemption. And this is what the mind is doing. She patiently responded to a couple of emails I had and I one I shared a deep longing to go home. To a place I intuitively felt my whole life. Even bordering on just wanting to drift off after several hard years. To be honest it was pretty good stuff lol but as I was lying down to sleep that night it hit me clearly that mind was just upping its game. The victim self and the special self being two very deeply ingrained personalities that keep us attached to this false I. And I chuckled seeing mind not as suffering in this story of wanting to go home, knowing the whole time we ARE HOME, it was like I saw mind winking back at me both of us now knowing the joke. It’s been a few days and when I see myself getting angry or irritated or tired and mind wanting to narrate what that means I just gently let it do it’s thing. This morning I was able to see a little clearer how “I” am also not this witness or awareness. At first there’s this seeing of ok I’m not mind, body ect. I just am observing it. But that still a subtle duality. Then I saw that wait this awareness isn’t defined either or anywhere I can touch, all that’s happening is pure awareness. How long will it take for this to play out? Who knows and lol who cares.

Beautiful, profound, hilarious, and proven safe and effective for existential healing
I’m not sure how to approach this review so as to do justice to this book. I’ve read her previous title, How To Achieve Nothing, which I highly recommend if one wants to recalculate one’s motivations for doing things in a powerful and highly motivating way (ironic, given the title). This one… is something else. She writes with such glimmering humor the book would be worth reading even apart from its subject and purpose. I can’t count the times I laughed out loud reading it—which is rare for me—and my mirth seemed to escalate the farther I read as the lessons were imparted.None of the concepts she delves into were, really, new. It’s the way she presents them that makes the book so profound and useful. She often uses the metaphor of actors on a stage, performing their roles so masterfully they forget they are just actors, while the Eternal Free Being, as she calls it, sits on the edge of Her seat enraptured by the beautiful story we imagine as our lives. Then she makes us laugh as we slowly come to face the fact the “person” on the stage is really more an illusion than anything, and the Eternal Free Being is all there is.I’ve heard this before. I’ve practiced yoga, meditated, given myself in devotion to various flavors of this Being, and this is the first time I’ve encountered a book that so simply and entertainingly explains how anyone might discover this if they wish. She even gives some fun homework: a Vision Quest, in which you fill out a template for a sort of review of some meaningful part of “your story” that the Being might post on Amazon. When I did mine, traumas decades old were reduced to laughter and joy.Five stars is not enough. Would wholeheartedly recommend to any human.

Are you ready.
If you are ready to go beyond your current, limited self-image to achieve full self-realization, this book is for you!!The author beautifully illustrates the distinction between endless emotional self-management and spiritual awakening. She speaks from her own experience. in a previous codependent relationship, showing how her internal narrative changed when she released the effort to transform it.As you read this book, you’ll embark on what the author calls a Vision Quest,You will review the story you have been telling yourself and others about your life.As you become aware that you alone are the one crafting your personal narrative, you will have the opportunity to tranaform your identity from the person you have believed you are…to your authentic self.If we are willing, this book can have a profoundly positive and freeing impact on our daily .experienceIt shows us how to end low self-esteem and emotional suffering without years of therapy. The End of Your Story brilliantly blends deep non-dual inquiry with light-hearted storytelling. If a friend asks me about the best book I’ve read recently, “The End of Your Story” tops my list!!!If you have been on a spiritual or truth-seeking journey and are finally ready to achieve clarity and peace of mind, give yourself this gift.

A Great Book
I’ve been pursuing this subject for 60+ years and this is a definite advancement in its evolution. It is also a very practical guide to transcendence. Although working with stories as described can have great benefits the realization that your assumed identity is totally false can undercut many of the stories. Also, seeing emotions as sensations, without attaching mental significance to them can be liberating. Thank you, Ms Kissper.

Let go of your story
Creative, witty, clever, and at times mind blowing. Liv weaves a wonderful tale of her own journey while revealing the truth about the story we tell ourselves. It’s an obvious fact that we must simply let go. Liv breaks it all down into why it can be simple (if not easy) to let life happen and enjoy the ride.

Too much spiritual gaslighting. Couldn’t stand it. Writing style did not speak to me. It was very hard to follow along.

You build your own reality
I stumbled upon Olivia’s work during a pivotal moment in my life, rekindling my search for enlightenment. However, her writings offered a revelation: the constant pursuit of enlightenment only bred anxiety and stress. This realization led me to embrace a new perspective centered on finding peace, serenity, and happiness in the present.Olivia’s storytelling lead readers on a journey of self-reflection and introspection. She emphasizes the uniqueness of each individual’s path, highlighting the beauty in creating one’s own reality. She encourages readers to challenge their assumptions. Rather than offering easy resolutions, Olivia advocates for embracing life’s messiness and finding meaning among chaos. In an era dominated by prescriptive self-help literature, “The End of Your Story” stands out, delivering a profound message: true growth and self-discovery stem from embracing the journey, not seeking quick fixes.
